SAFETY/CLEANING

Is your products safe? 

YES! DOMIBABY prides itself in providing the highest quality products. All of our products have been sent to testing laboratories locally, here in the U.S., to get certified as CPSC compliant. They are also FDA Approved. All snack cups are made with 100% Food Grade Silicone, free of BPA, Lead and Phthalates - making it safe for your baby. 

How do I clean it? 

Wash and inspect the product before use. Simply wash it with soapy water or run it in the dishwasher (top rack only). To clean the inside thoroughly, you may use a sponge or soft bristle bottle brush. Please refrain from using sharp objects to clean it as it may damage the product. If you see any signs of deterioration, discontinue use and discard the product. 

SHIPPING

How long will shipping take? 

Currently, our Silicone Snack Cups are available for PRE-ORDER. This means that payment will be collected at the time of purchase but the item will ship out end of July, 2020 when our stock arrives to our warehouse. 

For IN STOCK items, Please allow 2-3 Business Days for your order to be fulfilled. Once it is fulfilled, the time frame for it to arrive to you will depend on the shipping option that was chosen at checkout. Tracking information is always provided with every order. 

If you ordered an item that is on pre-order and another that is in stock, they will ship together when the pre-order item is in stock. 

Is my shipment insured? 

If you select USPS priority shipping, your shipment is insured for up to $100. You also have the option to purchase Route Insurance at check-out which is recommended. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, but international residents pay for shipping costs and any duties/custom fees that may apply. They are not eligible for any Free Shipping promotions. 

Do you provide free shipping? 

We provide Free Domestic Shipping on all orders $35 and up. 

My package is missing. What should I do? 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once they leave our facility and are handed over to USPS, it is their responsibility. Please contact them directly regarding your package and have your tracking information on hand. If you purchased Route insurance, please reach out to them and they will take care of you. 

RETURNS

Can I return my product? 

Due to the nature of the product and for sanitary reasons, we DO NOT accept any returns and/or exchanges. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or concerns regarding any of the products.
